Our team’s main priority is to make sure our customers are satisfied and happy. Every accessory is handmade and packaged by our team to ensure everything is right before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately.


Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to our beaded type of accessories. We do not accept custom order cancellation or exchanges.

Products that have been worn and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange or return; therefore, please examine each product first in its origins sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Returns and Exchanges currently run on a 1-2 week processing time. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange/return if the correct item is received. We do not send new product until your order has been received and inspected by our team.

When your return/exchange has been processed you will be notified by email/text message. We reserve all right to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange.

Please ensure you check the size guide to ensure that you are ordering the correct size so as to avoid returns/exchanges.

All orders placed during a sale period are considered final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.


All orders run on a 2-6 business days processing time depending on the design. Please note that weekends and holidays do not considered business days. Ones your order has been processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order (Local orders) or 3-10 business days (International orders) without courier delays. You have up to 24 hours after placing an order to make a cancellation. The 24 hour cancellation is not applicable during sale periods.


Please not, we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage you to allow ample time for delivery as well as delays.

Please make sure you put the right address, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.

Our shipping estimates are typically accurate but sometimes there are unforeseen delays with the courier companies. If there are any delays with your DHL package, we are unable to file any claims until the package has been in transit for at least 15 business days.
